ArtPetsy: Refund and Return Policy
Want to reshape your ArtPetsy? No worries! We’re here to make sure you love your purchase, and we offer a simple and flexible refund and return policy.
What’s refundable?
- Orders within the last 30 days: You can request a full refund or a reprint (depending on the product type) within 30 days of order confirmation.
- Pristine Products: Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Exceptions: Digital downloads and custom-made products are non-refundable.
How to request a refund:
- Email

with your order number and reason for return. - Wait for our reply with instructions for sending the product (if applicable).
- Securely pack the product in the original packaging, if available.
- Ship the product to the address provided in the email reply.
What happens next?
- Once we receive the product, we’ll check its condition and notify you of the refund decision via email.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and the original payment method will be credited within 5 business days.
